Rain in Singapore

I'm convinced they just hit 'copy and paste' for the weather forecast

Today is the third day since my arrival that it has been raining when I woke up. Singapore weather is very odd in that the weather forecast is the same everyday: Thunderstorms. The difference between here and home with the weather though, is if it thunders, it will only thunder for about 20mins and then be done. The entire rest of the day will be hot and humid and sticky and make you wish it was still raining. And half the time it never even rains. When you see the weather forecast you except the next 10 days to be miserable, but everyday here is actually quite hot and sunny and ends up being beach weather.
